I started with 20 mg once at night. I really benefited from it. One day i had either 7 or 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep but usually around 5 hours which is fine. My depression, anxiety, worrying so much and stomach pains all night from IBS have stopped.
ON friday i started with two pills at lunch and at dinner. I started to go to bed much earlier. Last night and later in the early morning I went back to sleep, then read a little and cleaned a little and fell asleep again, altogether about 10 hours of sleep. I know I have been sleep deprived for years.
Do you think that if I get used to the double dose my sleep will be more normal? do you remember what happened to you?
