as i had a few minutes to think while making coffee on the stove, I remembered I wanted to mention my exercise routine, or lack thereof. No, I lack it due to my difficult periods, but I started to walk a bit last night and just now. Trying to incorporate
more walking through the day instead of snacking on chocolate. It's dark chocolate, so still good, but also still 60 calories a square. I was having at least 2 squares a day, most days. Trying to balance this all.
