Cog FX like Amen and Carrick are treatment protocols that have mixed results. They all cost $8,000 and more just to see it they help.

There is a protocol in Ontario that has some promise. MyoWorks focuses on the upper neck injuries common to concussion. It is much more affordable,

My position is simple. If you can risk the money to pay the cost without straining your budget and financial condition, they may be an acceptable risk.

Never borrow or use a credit card or other extreme financial commitments for these therapies.

My concern with Cog FX is their secrecy. They don't publish much information.
