You may feel shame and we can't honestly help with that.

But we all need you just as I hope you need us. If you take a drink
it isn't making us need you any less believe me. We still realize
you aren't posting and aren't here for us to talk to. We miss
you when your not here. And I know I really appreciate all your
help. So please continue to contribute when you can.
