I've been taking it for so long, probably 15 yrs and looking it up again as now and then I think I'll stop but then I could be a LOT worse than I am now.

Most days I take 1 Tsp in glass of luke warm water, one in AM and one later in the day. I've read where some take up to 25-30 grams per day. I believe my 2 tsps equal 10mg or so.
