Hi Sulu. Welcome to NeuroTalk. We have had so many people come here with RSD which I know absolutely nothing about. I'm going to have to go into the RSD forum and read up. It sounds very painful.

I've had both of my knees scoped, the last one in February. I've developed a lot of pain in that knee, don't know why because it was doing just fine. I need to go back to the doctor and see what's up.

I'm so sorry about your arm! You sound like me...a klutz. I fell down my daughter's stairs last November and fractured my tailbone. 2 months later, I fell over their babygate and ripped up my right knee. My son-in-law vowed to make sure his house insurance covered just me.
