it is a nightmare. i got on the floor to plug in a kindle and couldn't get up. it is so frustrating. i was expecting a porter to bring up packages. he came and helped me to get up if he hadn't come i would have crawled to reach the phone and call downstairs for help. right now i am shaking. i am so certain it will take a long time to heal rats.
