Hey, I wasn't quite done. Anyway, I had heard these topicals are not very effective but I am getting some relief from the pain. I am using generic. The active ingredient is Diclofenac Sodium 1%. For those that suffer it might be worth a try. It's no miracle drug but def takes the edge off. I use at night when the pain is at it's worst and there is nothing to do but focus on it and cry about how I messed myself up.
