i used to follow someone on tv that was adamant everything was caused by fungus. i stopped peanut butter instantly.
doing keto here and there - I have been known to use a variety of nut butters - favorites being macadamia, walnut, sunflower butter. never an issue... yet. whew
then he mentioned COFFEE. and I was like

great. Unfortunately I cannot get that monkey off my back. mold be danged. i need my perked coffee - just in the morning. not a cola drinker... caffeine after 12 noon just is not good for me.
