Simply note that you did not experience the 'bell ringing' of hitting your head and move on. Be aware of the risk of a whiplash strain to your neck that can cause a cluster of symptoms similar to hitting your head. Those symptoms are not a concussion so qualify them as whiplash, not concussion symptoms.

No head whip without hard contact feels anything like the 'bell ringing' sensation of hitting your head. That momentary hit sensation is quite different from the extended feeling of whiplash to your neck. Recognize that and move on.
