Well my knees are much better today I was able
to get on the floor and sit while doing this new

client of mine who happens to be around 400-500 pounds.
Is sweet as she can be looking forward to a cruise
to the key west then free port that is in the

Bahamas and another place that she did not
mention/know where she is going. they are
going over the week of hallow. hoping there are
fewer kids aboard.

My old therapist gave her my card.She sees both
husband and wife. She has a handicapped scooter

that turns on a dime. I am surprised they can accommodate her.
I think I am back to 190 again and she makes me want to diet.
WE have been eating at fat pats. There is a reason for the fat
in their name every thing except the salads are huge.

Jeff doesn't like to share his food and I don't like to throw food away.
If I brought home half my food I would end up throwing it away.
So I clean my plate.
I had the seafood platter fried shrimp and cat fish. It was delicious.
The night before I had the wings which were really good,

'they had a mango habinara sauce which was not that spicy.
I had better go I have a lot of charting to do, 6 weeks worth.

need to get caught up.
