Have you had an MRI & x rays to check your spine?
If so how long ago? What did it show?
( you should be able to request a copy of the report. for your records.)
If not, then next step is usually those tests to verify or rule out spine as a cause..
Cervical spine issues may point to hand/arms symptoms
Lumbar issues may point to more legs symptoms

You may want to explore our Spinal forum as well as our TOS/RSI forum..

What kind of work or sports or activity do you do?
Past whiplash or shoulder/neck injury, repetitive or desk work posture activities can point towards TOS/RSI

https://www.neurotalk.org/spinal-dis...and-back-pain/

No use thinking it is spine or PN until you know for sure the true cause/s and if treatable or not..
Unfortunately many MDs are not up to speed on TOS or RSI soft tissue syndromes..

I assume you had PT after your surgeries?
But the wrong kind of PT can make TOS/RSI worse & chronic.. Good PT needs to be ..very specific for your case & focus on reducing symptoms and pain..
The Neurologist said it's a deformity of the exit from the spinal column exit
Not from injury etc
