Ok, I just looked further and BlueBonnett has a nice P5P and comes in 50mg capsule in one capsule and even one can alternate and take 50mg one day and take 100mg some other other days. BlueBonnett is a little higher price but they seem to be a high quality product.

Some other P5P products add magnesium and that takes way from the B6 content. Not so with BlueB..
