Please be aware that some of these supplements suggested around the place can actually interfere with other psychotrophic medications that people may be prescribed by their doctors.
It's been a long time now since I took it but I think that Inositol actually helps to reduce kidney stones but it's been a while so I might be wrong.
I (and other family members) took Inositol for years. Tubs and tubs of it. Unfortunately it wasn't at all helpful for me. Everyone is different.
I also would look into Sphingolin for whatever reason you are taking that. I personally would never take a supplement like Sphingolin that is made from the myelin sheath of cows, but each to their own.
