I have to be careful in the shower too.
Usually hang on to the rail with one hand & wash with the other.

Don't need a wheel chair yet. I'm still fully mobile.
Although I try to keep of my feet as much as possible.

Another funny thing is putting on a wetsuit.
Even funnier trying to take it off again.
