I have had RSD since 1984. When they do a root canal, not all nerves are taken out… impossible. So in doing a root canal or having an extraction, it is critical to have the numbing and then appropriate blocks. If not done, the RSD will spread to that area. That is what happened to me.

I have had 1 oral surgeon and an endodontist who think if numb longer the nerves will behave. No, they won’t. The nerves need to be blocked.

Yes, I know the new name from the WHO is CRPS.
