I start my diet on tuesday. no alcohol for 30 days, low carbing it. no snacking or grazing after dinner. Jeff comes home tomorrow. He has had a good time the contestants were all good. the final 4 classical guitar concerts were streaming live so they did not go back to the festival grounds and just watched it at roberts house, where jeff is staying. In indianapolis. They were all good and any of the four could have won 1st place. Such a high level of performing. He left tuesday and will come home tomorrow. We have been in contact everyday. He said he watched a total of 14 concerts over 4 days.
I miss him.
I have eaten and drank way too much.I need a break from all of that going to fat pats etc, the tap room. I have 2 friends who are starting their diets the same day. one is doing the whole foods diet and the other friend is following a list of foods that she can eat. Maybe we could find activities to do instead of drinking. movies, bowling, start a book club. For now I need to get my business back to manageable. I am behind in every aspect. billing charting I will work on it tomorrow. jeff flies in tomorrow at 7 pm I think.will find out for sure tomorrow. WE are expecting rain over the next week. rain for the 4th so I don't know if they will have the fire works show or not in Erath a little town 40 minute drive from here. We come there for the fireworks show. there is also a tiny fair. a small ferris wheel which we always ride.
anyway it is late and I need to get ready for bed.
