What kind of foods do you eat?

A lot of the foods we eat cause inflammation which will exacerbate your anxiety and sensitivities.

Stop eating inflammatory foods -
  • soda
  • sugar
  • fructose
  • wheat
  • refined carbohydrates
  • foods with added sugar
  • processed food
  • fried food
  • processed vegetable and seed oils (polyunsaturated fats) (safflower oil, canola oil, sunflower oil, corn oil, shortening, hydrogenated vegetable oils)
Replace wheat with whole grains. Eat a moderate amount of protein, lots of vegetables, some fruit, and cook with lots of healthy saturated fats (animal fats, coconut oil, butter, olive oil).
