Default Sinus/face pain after concussion?

This is something that I can't seem to find information on...and I can't figure out if this is based on the concussion, or if I was somehow long-term damaged from an extremely painful covid test. I can't believe how hard it is to find support for PCS in general. I was not diagnosed, but have 100% of the symptoms. So i'm new here, but any support or ideas are so very welcome.

A little background, I am 29, an athlete (crossfit/lifting), I very rarely consume processed foods or any type of sugar. Very little gluten/etc. I got mauled by a bull almost a month ago, and am thankful to be alive. Some quick x-rays in the ER showed no broken bones....my ear was completely smashed, but no one even looked into brain function as I didn't lose consciousness and was coherent.. I lived the first week normally, resting a bit, but also went out with friends, extremely loud sounds and lights and a bit of alcohol and junk food (comfort you know ), thinking it was just physical/muscular stress. I thought I was fine...

10 days later symptoms started - Horrible headaches, couldn't sleep, couldn't eat anything, became extremely light and sound sensitive, and the worst anxiety ever. I normally have no problems eating, sleeping, and have no fear of anything, so anxiety is extremely foreign to me. I went for a CT - no brain bleeding, and no further instructions except what to watch for an emergency.

I've basically been on my own, obviously researching a lot, trying to keep it chill. I've lost 10 pounds, have cut way back on work (I work online) but have seen so many different things as far as exercise or not, dark and rest or continue life a bit. I'm so confused.

But the biggest thing is that my sinuses have completely funked out (yet the CT said they were clear, but I didn't even get a detailed reading or explanation) My ear tubes are plugged, and it hurts to breathe, It feels like I'm breathing cold air, and its horrible. It feels like the muscles around my eyes and over the bridge of my nose are tight? Or, painful? But its been over a month. Is this common? Is there any solution? Does it gets better? The "cold air feeling" doesn't seem to be common, and I had it in the past (especially when wearing a mask) but it had gotten better, but now its full force with little relief since smashing my head.

So the specific questions:
1) Face muscle pain - common? For how long?
2) Has anyone experienced a "cold air" feeling? Or is that unrelated?
3) Gym, no gym?
4) Any idea how long symptoms last?
5) What kind of specialist should be seen for a situation like this? Or is it just time?
6) What has been your greatest relief? Especially from anxiety.

Of course I'm going to be exploring everything here but any tips is appreciated. Thanks all, stay strong!! xoxo
