Replace wheat with whole grains. Eat a moderate amount of protein, lots of vegetables, some fruit, and cook with lots of healthy saturated fats (animal fats, coconut oil, butter, olive oil).

Hi! I've recently started a diet and feeling much better it is definintely helping.
Have cut MOST sugar, refined foods etc.
80% whole foods like chicken, beef, lamb, nuts, salads, vegetables, yoghurt etc
