If you were in therapy for your anxiety, the first thing the therapist would tell you is: GET OFFLINE. Stop looking for reasons to be anxious. You are only making everything worse.
Ahh yup that makes sense! I've definintely been better.

I had some needling done on neck and deep tissue anti inflam massage and that made me feel 100x better. It was insane how good I felt.

I've also got an appointment with a neuropsych in 3 weeks to help deal with the anxiety. I'm getting better but will be good to have some tools
