Try to remember that you've felt this way in the past and you actually were fine afterwards and didn't have another concussion.
I recently read an article from the Queensland University Brain Institute. (State in Au where I live). It was about concussions and body hits in Rugby Union. Yes, they can happen and need to be considered but you're not playing Rugby Union.
They stated that it would take a a very large amount of force to create a situation where there was enough acceleration or deceleration of the brain inside the skull to cause a concussion if the head wasn't hit. It's more likely that your chest would have absorbed the force of the energy from what you describe.
