Welcome to the NeuroTalk Support Groups!
I'm not a doctor, but suggest you should really go straight to the doctor and get a checkup in case you've had a seizure especially considering the fact that your sense of smell is affected. You probably are anxious as well but that's totally understandable. I have migraine and that can affect different senses and can sometimes cause numbness /parasthesias and affect my vision but it certainly doesn't make my head shake back and forth. Aways better to get something unusual checked out if you can.
