No Its sugar free Root Beer. I wont drink sugar root beer. I am being
really careful. And even drinking only tea with sugar about once or
twice a week. And only one cup and that is if I'm out and in my car
and not getting a big cup. Usually I even get unsweetened then.
Just once in a while I get it as a treat.
Keep up the good work, You can start with some simple exercises
for your back and other things. And if it doesn't get better then worry
about going to PT.
