By the way I forgot to tell you. I had a doctor's appointment last
week. And my a1c was 6.2 which is the lowest its been in almost
10 years. I am so happy that its low again. I've been trying to
get it to go lower for a long time. So I'm so glad its finally getting
there. I have not been able to lose any more weight in a while.
But haven't given up will just keep trying.
