Welcome to the NeuroTalk Support Groups.

There are many people who have developed neurological issues due to vitamin deficiencies. Peripheral Neuropathy is first to come to mind for those who have low levels of Vitamin B12. Vitamin D deficiency is another. Vitamin B complex deficiency. Iron. Thiamine. Magnesium ... the list goes on.

Is it possible for you to see a different doctor?

Maybe try using the search feature here for your symptoms and see what come up or even check on the Vitamins forum listed below.

There are a few examples at the bottom of the page here. It says "Similar Threads". There are some old posts from people dealing with vitamin deficiencies with some involving movement disorders. I'm not sure how relevant they are to your situation though.
