B12 issue is a very important vitamin for nerve health. I believe EVERY drug I have been on for many years have contributed to the full body nerve damage condition. The doctors don't know or care about the issue these drugs are causing. They seem to only test when a deficiency occurs, by then probably too late. The doctors don't recommend vitamins because they are not FDA approved and there is no quality control. So if you get worse, then you get worse, then they say just diabetic nerve pain. It is not about health, it is about wealth, in my opinion. Also, I feel they think I am stupid.
