Is it bad to have late night sleep with PCS or does it not matter? In other words, irrelevant?

Thanks!
My TBI happened over 16 years ago.....I dont see the time is the factor at all, its keeping a tight schedule is key.

I go to bed a 8pm....Few weeks ago went out to the American Legion for dinner and meet up with some guys. Got home at 9:30 totally messed me up.
I dont do it often but I sure do notice the difference!
