Does anyone have any insight on which one is the most important? Sleep quality is obviously very important, but how important is the time you go to sleep? I am pretty much a night owl, I sleep at 1 am maximum and wake up at 9 am.

Is it bad to have late night sleep with PCS or does it not matter? In other words, irrelevant?

Thanks!

I can understand that 9:30 messed you up. Logically, I think, that any sleep pattern that is bad for a healthy uninjured brain, will be bad for a brain that is injured.

Thanks for your answer
Tight schedule, keeping things the same....Thought it was clear? If you go to bed every night at 1am, and wake at 10, keep the schedule if its working.

I go to bed at 8pm every night....Get up between 4 to 430am....On those days if I over sleep, I will feel it....To much rest for me is just as bad as not enough. Now I cant explain why? But after 16 years it works for me.
