After more than 2 years of fighting, strict diet and exercise, I managed to have only a few days per month with a very slight disturbance, which does not effect my life or mood anymore. That is 98% symptom free. I wish to continue so. The only symptom for now and only in difficult stressful situations is a very occasional pin in the fingers, but with long intervals, like a few per day. I wish everyone healing and peace!
