I can only echo what Jomar has said.

I hope you can find a case worker, counselor, or even a lawyer to help you. Social Security should have sent you an explanation of any change in your benefits. They don't always do that apparently. Or maybe your address changed and they didn't know that. There are any number of reasons why you weren't notified.

Dealing with Social Security can take all day and many days. It might involve at least one in-person appearance at one of their offices. You'll need to have every scrap of paper concerning your case in pretty good order too.

This is where someone else is probably needed to help by telling you what is important and what isn't so important and what steps to go through to get to the answers you need.
