You've been dropping in here occasionally for quite a number of years, and you've obviously been struggling with considerable pain.
You've tried so many drugs that I hope that you have a competent doctor overseeing your prescriptions and making sure that the dosage is appropriate--and that they aren't interacting with one another in some harmful way.
Check the credentials of any doctor you're seeing and try to latch on to doctors who are genuinely helpful and knowledgeable. That isn't always easy to do but there are capable doctors out there.
