I hope something that will help can be found.
Since so many drugs have already been tried, I think I'd be tempted to experiment with other possible solutions--maybe physical therapy, maybe a new rest routine, maybe even diet changes or different ways of spending my time during the day.
Are you getting adequate sleep, for instance? Or does the pain prevent that?
