Default Diagnosis Problem Not Uncommon

And just why do you believe that might be? Because diagnosing is so complex? Sometimes, but not all the time. But the phrase ' Not uncommon' seems to insinuate that there is something going on where a lot of folks don't get a diagnosis. I remember telling someone that I had seen 4 neurologists and came away empty. That person told me that possibly, I hadn't found the 'right' doctor. Now....I looked it up and a neurologist (garden variety) takes in 13 years of schooling on average to become a neurologist. So, so far, I have burned through 48 years of neurological education. It IS a little ridiculous. Seriously, I have gotten to the point that the first person to come up with a diagnosis? Get's a Nobel Prize!
