For photophobia and blue light issues, Benq "eye care" monitors work well and they are affordable.
Samsung Super Amoled phones and tablets are good. Newer i-phones (13 and up) have Samsung screens in their top end phones but the Samsung hurts less.
LG OLED TV's set up correctly are OK.
All of them have the TUV Rheinland "eye comfort" certification. So far anything with that certification has been usable.
