Hello, welcome to the NeuroTalk Support Groups.

there is a forum here for Repetitive Strain Injury. You'll find a lot of posts there from past years. Maybe use the Forum Search Feature to look for 'stretching" or "carpal tunnel" just for example.

I had an injury with cubital tunnel / ulnar nerve years ago and found the stretching exercises very helpful indeed. At first the doctor had me wearing this huge long contraption of a brace to stop me bending my elbow but it was impossible to sleep and it really didn't help me.

Also think about ergonomics and the type of work you may do. There will be workarounds to change the way you hold your hand/wrist/arm etc. when doing activities .
