Hi! This is Aunt Bean. It has been a long while since last visited the site. Still working Bean Acres farm, doing research for Parkinsons and feeling very well. We are participating in a program called workaway as hosts and have had people visit from all over the world to help on the farm. It has been an exciting and very busy time. The garden areas are enlarging, and fruit trees are growing! Now have planted American Chestnuts...got to taste my first one at an orchard last fall and loved them. They are definitely something worth growing if you have space. I have bought 6 trees now! So exciting and they are fast growers too. I am still gluten free and doing kitchen recipes that are wonderful. Getting plenty of exercise. We have baby bunnies right now attracting most of the attention on the farm, Well, can't think of anything else to write at this time, Be well... eat well, be grateful, and come see us if you are in east TN!
