Welcome, sir!

What Wide-O said is pretty great advice. I am 12 years sober and I still have minor issues. While I can walk for miles (not that I want to) and stand for concerts I still have little things that may plague me for life.

I still have the weighted feeling that Wide-O mentioned and I am NOT good with bare feet anymore. I need to wear shoes or flip flops as my feet are very sensitive now and sometimes hurt.

My only advice is to lay off the booze, eat healthy and look forward to the day when you feel a new "normal" and you are 99% functional.
