You need a vestibular assessment and likely a vision assessment. Both are frequently overlooked by doctors. A behavioral optometrist is best. They are hard to find but worth the effort.
Do you have any rehabilitation hospitals nearby? They often have these specialists or can refer you to them.
An speech therapist assessment would be good, too.
It sounds like you suffered a subtle upper neck injury. Very few chiro know how to treat them.
