Confused Two faced sweater

I’m a 38 year old healthy male who sweats from only half of my head when exerting myself or I’m in a high temp atmosphere. Weird right? Well, it gets weirder. When eating food, spicy or hot temperature wise, I sweat from the opposite side of my head and face. Even the thought of something like buffalo tenders which just happen to pop into my head can cause a sensation on the left side of my face. It happened as I typed this. Over a decade ago, I was in a snowboard accident and suffered trauma to the left side of my upper body. I suffered 7 broken ribs, a fractured scapula, a punctured lung, and transverse process fractures to c7 and t5. I’ve made a full recovery otherwise. It should be noted that I received an epidural during my stay at the hospital.
