I have a very similar neuralgia. Mine is nerve damage in the sinus from a really bad infection. Is it the upper molar? If so my surgeon can probably help. I had thermal lesioning of the intraorbital nerve. Although I have an appt Monday to see about another procedure.. if your pain is in the front molars he can likley make it stop.
