bladder prolapse.

do the kegels. be consistent with doing them.

as much as you probably hate the thought...don't use tampons while you are strengthening those muscles.

also watch your diet so you don't get constipated. you don't want any added pressure on the pelvic floor. when you "push" be sure to use the right muscles.

i ran a chain of all ladies health clubs for years. plus with my education..i have a lot of experience in helping woman.

if the kegels don't work, the surgery is a bladder tack. it pulls the bladder back up and tightens the muscles to hold it in place.

this is more common than you think. it happens to many women after having a hysterectomy or childbirth.
