Glad you are feeling a little better

Sometime just a little relief will help us get our mind in a better place. And going to a psychologist certainly helped me, if you can find one that deals mostly with pain disorders that is a big plus!!
Also, for your muscle spasms gently movement such as yoga sometimes helps. And a warm soak in epsom salts with some essential oil and relaxing music helps me.
Believe me I know what you mean when you say you would like to rip your arm off at times. When my hand hurt so bad I would tell my husband that I would bite it off if I were an animal. Poor animals, they don't even get pain meds.

Sorry, my mind tends to wonder when I haven't had a lot of sleep.
But I did want you to know we were wishing better days for you and we will continue to pray for a lot more relief for you real soon.
