Terri-the bladder surgery is definitely common...in this last month our small hospital has done half a dozen...again-this is a SMALL hospital, so half a dozen is huge! Thanks for sharing your experience and hope the rest of your week is better

Steff thanks-as much as I hate the stuff, cranberry juice has become my friend over the past few months, along with the capsules. I did see my doc today and he said there's a TINY bit of infection left, but no blood...he also brought up the fact pd might be affecting the bladder. Hallelujah...not that I want that to happen, but tha tmy doc is privy to more than the cardinal pd symptoms. God bless him. So am on a 10day course of sulfa drug to kick out the last of infection and he also gave me a trial of detrol for the spasms.
I truly think though this is part of my progression, as my bladder does not seeem to empty out as completely as it should.
What a wonderfuul merry go round....
