Whew! It is good to be home. I want to thank all who offered supportive words yesterday.
I feeling like I'm in a better place now. The new doc was great, very detailed. I was glad to do the hoop jumping of a good exam. I usually test pretty well, just this uncontrollable pain in hands, overall numbness, and hypersensitive skin and the fatigue. Good golly!
He went over my latest MRI's and pointed out the leisions. I only have 2-3 in brain and 5 in c-spine, maybe 1 in t-spine. He said there was a disconnect between my head and spine.
I said what?

I was under the impression my head was connected pretty securely.

He meant there is a big discrepancy in the leision number in my head vs spine. He wanted to test for other autoimmune diseases. They drew 8 vials of blood. If anything shows up, they'll call. No news is good news. I'll follow-up in 3 months.
I asked about getting off anti-siezure med and he said no, but would test the levels. Apparently I'll be on them forever.
He doesn't do narcotics or headaches, so is sending notes to PCP. I guess I'll be seeing him soon enough. All and all a good day. My head is killing me. I hear my pillow calling. Later
