Linda- we are the same way...who could leave the cute cuddly ones behind. i guess it is OK to leave the teenager once in a while

I had my nice vacation to St John's planned, but unfortunately as you all know it was put off. Looks like that'll be in September sometime....

We do have a family weekend in Santa Barbara coming up late august- not really calm or anything as it will be a soccer tourney weekend for my oldest, but a get away just the same to a hotel w/pool. We got a suite like we usually do so we don't have to deal with taking the little kids to restaurants (which can be impossible!!!) I think the room opens right up onto poolside, so I am looking forward to relaxing.

That's about it for us, though. still hanging on to my hubby's vacation time so he can be home with me at next surgery.
