I have noticed that in the sun I can overheat quickly. PLEASE DRINK LOTS OF WATER. In seeing people wearing burkhas (sp?) here in California where hot gets to 90-100 in the summer, the material seems sheer. Try to wear lighter colors if possible. The benefit I can see is this: when I am flared up, I enjoy rolling up my pant leg and letting my leg soak up the suns warm rays. The leg stays COLD to the touch, but it pretends to be warm

Also, should you happen to be in the sun, be careful and wear sunscreen as your medication might cause you to be very sensitive to it.
