Hello friends, I have had pain and stiffness, tingling in my hands, sometimes during the day and mostly at night especially in the mornings. I have been told that it could be arthritis. Once I get going/moving I seem to be okay. I have just started to take Glucosamine 1500 capsules. Is this safe? Any recommendations?
