Leaky bladder problems plague both sexes as Robert pointed out, and as far as I know, and is no more connected exclusivly to PD as is putting your shoes on the wrong feet. Many women need a few little internal stitches to hold all their internal apparatus in place. I have known at least two friends who had to have "bladder repair work". It pretty much comes with the territory for women who have had more than three children.

As for tampons, you could try a different brand as they (the companies that design them)have come up with some creative designs. I'm reminded of a birthday card I once saw: The caption on the front said "remember the days when we used to let it all hang out? Inside: Now we're busy trying to stuff it all back in!" Good Luck
