My doctor did not have to write a diagx for PEnna. He just had to write that the arms or legs were unable to carry or walk X amoaunt of distance. Also, there is a spot that the police office could fill in if you use a wheelchair or walker., or the disability is visable to them.

Better off if possible not putting the diagx and ust list disable to walk or carry items..
Appeal the action!!!
